一、个人简介
2138cn太阳集团城冯钰锜教授团队博士后。江南大学食品学院食品科学与工程专业博士毕业(师从严秀平教授,2021-2025)。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、主持江苏省科研项目1项。以第一作者在Analytical Chemistry、ACS Sensors、Biosensors & Bioelectronics、Food Chemistry、Talanta等杂志发表学术论文8篇,授权发明专利4项。
